Through the Work Order Center, the Shop makes timely repairs to mitigate any issues that may arise throughout the students’ stay.
On a larger scale, the Carpentry Shop performs wholesale renovation and repair of items, including tile floors, kitchen cabinet upgrades, bathroom renovations, etc. This shop also manages all window red-tab security screen installations throughout the residence halls.

The Carpentry Shop performs general infrastructure maintenance work to all buildings on campus. Shop personnel are qualified to perform all types of repairs, maintenance, and renewal work that supports the administrative and teaching needs of the BC community. This group routinely performs services ranging from hanging pictures to repairing classroom technology housing cabinet systems.

Lock Shop
The Lock Shop oversees all lock maintenance; their responsibilities include maintaining key and combination distribution. Issues relating to the distribution of keys can be addressed to the Work Order Center to ensure referral to the appropriate personnel.
Any request for lock changes are made after departmental review and approval.
