The Trades Maintenance area consists of electricians, plumbers, carpenters, HVAC mechanics, painters, and locksmiths. Some of the routine and special requests supported by this group are as follows:
- Responsible for routine, emergency, and preventive maintenance
- Support special functions involving both campus and community events
- Inspection of all BC properties
- Bureau of Conferences function support
- Energy conservation projects (e.g., water reduction projects, lighting efficiency programs)
