Facilities Services

Facilities Services is a facilities maintenance and service organization that provides support services to the entire Boston College Campus Community. Our maintenance program is designed to ensure the long-term protection and enhancement of the University's capital assets.
We are organized into six areas of functional responsibility. There are more detailed explanations of our services on the links provided below.
All requests for our services and any customer service concerns should be directed to the Work Order Center.

- Athletic Maintenance
Provides support to the BC Community in the area of Athletic Maintenance.
- Work Order Center
Collects work order requests from the Boston College community and relays them to our professional staff of housekeepers, tradespeople, health and safety professionals, and construction managers - Grounds and Fleet Maintenance
Provides support to the BC Community in the areas of Grounds and Fleet Maintenance. - Housekeeping Services
Provides support to the BC Community in two areas: Housekeeping and Recycling. - Technical Services
Provides three basic functional services for the University: facilities trade maintenance, central heating plant operations, and utilities management. - User Services
Provides support for the Warehouse Operations, Mail Services and the Work Order Center.
