- Financial Services: Financial Transactions, Budget and Finance Management, Financial Reporting and Analysis, and Procurement
- Program and Event Management: Plan and organize events for designated centers and institutes
- Web and Communication Services: Highlight and promote designated centers, institutes and recharge centers by implementing all web, marketing, communications, and public affairs efforts
- Human Resources: Submit new hires and create position requests and employment extensions
- Recharge Center Management: Provide financial and operational oversight. Assist facility managers with business requirements of recharge center management
