Whether you’re still choosing a major, thinking about an internship, or preparing for a career search, the Boston College Career Center will help you reach your goals.
We offer comprehensive career services to current students and recent alumni, as well as a variety of resources for all alumni. Here’s an overview of services for students.
EagleLink
Our online career management tool provides access to career and internship fairs, employer information sessions, career workshops, online practice interview tools, and more. To get started, log in to EagleLink with your Agora username and password.
Workshops & Career Fairs
Regularly scheduled workshops provide tips on writing resumes, drafting effective cover letters, conducting successful interviews, and much more. Career fairs and internship fairs connect you with career opportunities.
Resume Critiques & Practice Interviews
Resume critiques are available during our regular Drop-In Question Hours. Career counselors are also available by appointment for in-depth discussion of career topics and practice interviews.
Self-Assessment Tools
Our self-assessment tools will help you examine your skills, interests, and values to guide your thinking about which careers are right for you.
Career Counseling
Career counselors are available throughout the year for one-on-one advising about any aspect of the career path, from exploring majors to applying to graduate school and finding a job. You can make an advance appointment or stop by during Drop-In Question Hours for a 15- to 20-minute consultation.
Peer Advisors
Specially trained student advisors are also available to provide career advice to their fellow undergraduates on resumes, cover letters, and interview skills.
Internship Resources
The Career Center can help you with every step of the internship process, from setting goals to writing cover letters to choosing an internship. We even offer stipends for selected internships.
On-Campus Recruiting Program
Throughout the academic year, the Career Center coordinates on-campus interviews with employers from across the nation.
Career Resource Library
The Career Resource Library offers a wealth of resources to BC students, alumni, and staff members, including books, periodicals, and online databases.
Diversity Resources
We also offer supplemental career services for students with disabilities, AHANA students, women, international students, and LGBTQ students.
