Interview Workshops

The Boston College Career Center regularly offers Interview Workshops to current students that cover three phases of the interview process – preparation (before the interview), execution (during the interview) and follow up (after the interview).

For the preparation phase, you will learn how to conduct research for the interview, how to practice your interview skills, and what you should wear to an interview. For the execution phase, you will learn how to best communicate your skills – verbally and nonverbally – to the employer, what types of interview questions you might be asked, and how to appropriately conclude an interview. For the follow up phase, you will learn about proper post-interview etiquette.

For dates and times of Interview Workshops and to register, visit EagleLink.

Practice interviews are available (we reccomend that you attend a workshop first). You may also schedule a practice interview with a career counselor or peer advisor.

Visit the Interview Skills section of our Web site.

NOTE: Interview workshops are scheduled throughout the academic year.
