MEETING PLANNER PACKAGE
This is an option for those times you would like your meeting tables covered and skirted. Minimum orders are for $30.00 or more. These prices do not include applicable delivery charges, fuel surcharges, or labor charges.
- 8’ Table covered and skirted to 3 sides: $45
- 8’ Table covered and skirted to 4 sides: $55
- Table cloths: $9 each – Request specifics from your function coordinator
When Rentals Are Needed for Larger Events
For events where you need to rent tables or chairs. Minimum order of $30 of more.
- 6’ table: $6.30
- 8’ table: $6.60
- 60” round: $6.30
- Samsonite folding chair: $1.05

Room Setup Policies
The Bureau of Conferences requires three business days to secure a room set up, order a podium or table, etc. Any request submitted after the deadline is subject to approval.
Because storage space is limited on campus, the Bureau of Conferences is limited in its offering of tables and chairs. Much of the time it is necessary to rent equipment for your event. The hosting department is responsible for all cost incurred from the rental and loss of equipment.
Set ups completed during non-working hours will incur additional charges. The requesting department is responsible.
Room furniture changes made after the room is set will result in additional charges.
Events held in Dining Services Facilities that involve NO food service are subject to additional charges to cover additional supervisors of the facility prior to, during and after the event. A supervisor's fee of $24.00 per hour will be charged for a minimum of four hours.
Customized dining room furniture layouts done in Dining Services Facilities which alter the normal dining room furnishings set up must be coordinated through the Bureau of Conferences and requires an additional charge. Boston College is a smoke free campus. Smoking is prohibited in all buildings.
Audiovisual needs are met by Boston College's Media and Technology Services department. If your event requires these services, please complete the audiovisual services online request form. Audiovisual services must be requested a minimum of two weeks prior to your event.
