Boston College Auxiliary Services serves a vast and diverse customer base that includes the Boston College student body, faculty, employees, alumni, parents, and visitors.
As an enterprise operation, Auxiliary Services is committed to providing quality products and services at competitive prices while maintaining a solid financial footing and full cost recovering expenses based on sales. Partnerships, collaborations, and an entrepreneurial approach yield a portfolio of programs and services which are rated top in their respective fields.
The division of Auxiliary Services is comprised of nine business functions:
BC Bookstore is a comprehensive organization with four varied on campus locations and mail order that provide text books, educational resources, computer, clothing, school supplies, insignia items, health & beauty aids, and gifts.
Dining Services is a diverse food program serving over 38,000 meal transactions per day, via 14 on campus restaurant locations providing services 18 hours daily.
Catering provides food services for small to large, from simple to complex events on campus.

Bureau of Conferences provides support services for over 3000 events annually. This centralized concierge style service assists event planners with reservations for rooms, catering, audio visual, and police.
Athletic Concessions is a partnership with the Athletics Department operating food and gift shops at Conte Forum and Alumni Stadium on game days for the revenue producing sports of: Football, Hockey, Women’s Basketball and Men’s Basketball.
Eagle-One Card Office manages the systems that are the backbone for the university’s debit card and card access services of the university. Central coordination and management of the use of the university debit card on and off campus for restaurant, retail and services to the Boston College campus community.
Eagle Print Services is the centralized on campus copy and print services for the university faculty, staff and students.
Connors Family Retreat and Conference Center, located in Dover, MA, is an 20 acre hospitality location with a eighty bedroom mansion for fulfilling the retreat, conference and entertainment needs of the university community and friends.

Transportation and Parking provides management of campus parking facilities and programs, development of parking regulations, parking access controls, and ADA accessible campus bus services.
