BC bOp! Under the Direction of Sebastian Bonaiuto, instrumental and vocal ensemble performs traditional and contemporary jazz literature. Its repertoire of over 50 selections includes music from the 1940s to the present and is designed to satisfy a variety of musical tastes. O'Neill Plaza |

| 12:45-1:30 | Dance Showcase The Festival Dance Showcases feature an assortment of dance styles – ranging from traditional ballet, jazz, modern, and tap to hip-hop, swing, and step. These showcases feature student choreographers and dancers from 18 different student groups working extensively outside the classroom on their art form. Intercultural student groups will present exhibitions of their dance styles from all over the world. O'Neill Plaza |

Join University President William P. Leahy, S.J., to recognize the artistic accomplishments of BC students, faculty, and alumni. The Arts Council Alumni Award will be presented to Tony Taccone '72 for his work as a theatre director, while Michael Noone (Music Department Chair) will receive our Faculty Award. A Midsummer Night’s Dream A Bollywood-style adaptation of one of Shakespeare's most popular comedies. This drama's intertwined love polygons get complicated right from the start: Demetrius and Lysander both want Hermia, but she only has eyes for Lysander. In the forest, they cross paths with Oberon and Titania (King and Queen of the faeries), who are having a spat over a servant boy from the East. The plot twists up when Oberon's head mischief-maker, Puck, runs loose with a flower which causes people to fall in love with the first thing they see upon waking. *Admission $15, $10 for seniors or with a BC ID.
