Alumni Participation Form

Every October, alumni guests can submit a participation form to notify us of their attendance. If you are a BC alum working in the arts, we'd love you to join us for this annual event.

Dinner

Time: 6:00-7:00 p.m.

Location: Devlin Hall, First Floor, outside McMullen Museum.

Info: A light dinner will be served in the Admissions Conference Room down the hall from the Museum. This is a great opportunity to network with faculty and the other alumni, but you can arrive anytime and grab a quick bite (note – there is no food or drink allowed inside the Museum).

Program

Time: 7:00-9:00 p.m.

Location: McMullen Museum.

Info: We will assign each of you a location in the Museum with other alumni who are in similar career fields. Students may need your help in getting conversation started at times, so please reach out to them. Feel free to bring business cards, flyers regarding your organization, or any other information you would like to distribute to students.

Parking

You can park in the Commonwealth or Beacon Street garage. Take your parking ticket and swap it with us when you arrive for a validated ticket. More information on BC’s parking is located here.
