"Burst the Heart Open - A Celebration of Irish Painting" opens November 14, 2011 in the Burns Library Fine Print and Irish Rooms. The exhibition explores the rich and varied approach artists take to paint in Ireland and includes works by Norah McGuinness, Brian Ferran, Jack Yeats, Mary Swanzy, and Sean McSweeney. The exhibition runs through January 14, 2012.
