Ulster Business School Diploma in Company Direction

1999-2000

The Ulster Business School Diploma in Company Direction was offered to twelve participants currently serving in senior management positions, in small to medium sized companies, in Northern and Ireland. The Ulster Business School is an integral part of the University of Ulster and was established by the University to contribute to the industrial development and economic regeneration of Northern Ireland. They make this contribution by helping individuals and organizations improve management effectiveness. The Irish Institute at Boston College provides the American academic module and partnership with corporations in the greater Boston area. The participants attended lectures focusing on communications, financial management, leadership and strategic management at the Carroll School of Management. To complement these classes, they visited companies who have a proven track record and strive for continuous improvement in these areas.
