Irish Management Institute Leadership
1999 - 2000
This is a repeat of last year's successful Irish Management Institute Program for middle-ranked executives. Boston College and the Carroll School of Management faculty developed a curriculum for this interactive leadership-training program. Participants visited companies that provided executives to talk about leadership in a changing business environment, change management, leadership in a stable business environment and leadership development. The program was run in cooperation with IBM, Genzyme, New Balance, Filenes Basement and Home Runs.
