Dr. Brad Harrington is Executive Director of the Boston College Center for Work & Family and Research Professor, Carroll School of Management. Prof. Harrington has more than 30 years’ experience educating, consulting and leading individuals and employers in implementing change. He is author of Career Management and Work-Life Integration and lead author of the study The New Dad: Caring, Committed and Conflicted. Brad holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Stonehill College, a Master's degree in Psychology from Boston College, and a Doctorate in Human Resource Development and Organization Development from Boston University.

Lauren Stiller Rikleen is the Executive-in-Residence at the Boston College Center for Work & Family and the president of the Rikleen Institute for Strategic Leadership. She is the author of Ending the Gauntlet: Removing Barriers to Women’s Success in the Law and of Success Strategies for Women Lawyers, and is currently writing a book on the Millennials in the workplace. A former law firm equity partner, Lauren has been recognized by her peers in Best Lawyers in America for the past 20 years. Lauren is a graduate of Boston College Law School.

Danielle Hartmann is Director of Corporate Partnerships manages corporate relations and programming for the National Work & Family Roundtable and the Global Workforce Roundtable. Danielle has designed, developed, and led global training courses for US State Department officials and corporate business executives. Danielle attained her BA from Brown University in Anthropology and Economics and a master's degree in International Communications from American University.

Fred Van Deusen is a Senior Research Associate at the Boston College Center for Work & Family. He manages research initiatives and custom projects, including the development of flexibility training and a global work-life toolkit for corporate partners of the Center. Fred holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Northeastern University, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Boston College.

Jennifer Sabatini Fraone is Assistant Director at the Boston College Center for Work & Family. Jennifer directs the New England Work & Family Association (NEWFA), manages all Center marketing and develops and delivers training programs on workplace flexibility and other work-life topics. Jennifer received her BS in Clinical Psychology from Tufts University and her Master of Social Work and Master of Business Administration from Boston College.
