SeversonRev. Eric Severson teaches ethics, philosophy and theology at Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, Massachusetts. He is a Ph.D. Candidate at Boston University in Theological Studies, working on a dissertation dealing with torture as it relates to the philosophy of time. An ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene, Severson has taught the World Religions course at ENC for several years, taking a particular interest in the intersection between ethics and inter-religious dialogue. His primary philosophical and theological interests involve postmodern studies and the philosophy of otherness. Born and raised in the Seattle area, Severson now lives with his wife and two children in Quincy, Massachusetts.
