Nine teams score a perfect 1,000 on the NCAA's APR report.

The National College Athletic Association (NCAA) recently recognized 13 BC sports teams for finishing in the top 10 percent of all squads in their sport in its Academic Performance Public Recognition release.

The NCAA tracks the classroom performance of student-athletes on every Division I team through an annual scorecard of academic achievement known as APR, measuring eligibility, graduation, and retention. BC ranked second among Atlantic Coast Conference schools behind Duke, which had 15 sports honored.

BC baseball, football, men's golf, women's ice hockey, men's and women's indoor track, women's lacrosse, men's and women's outdoor track, men's skiing, softball, and men's and women's swimming were all recognized.
