I am truly honored and humbled to be your President. With so much occurring at the Heights—especially the Light the World campaign and its goal to increase alumni volunteer participation—it is an exciting time for me to serve you and your classmates. I hope you join me in contributing and furthering these ambitious endeavors.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I encourage you to stay engaged with—and connected to—Boston College. With the recent graduation of the Class of 2011, there are now nearly 161,000 BC alumni around the world. Reunion 2011 saw record numbers of our alumni return to campus—with class gifts reaching new levels. Our alumni really do make a difference. 

I encourage you to give back in real and tangible ways through involvement in your local chapter or through the many alumni networks, councils, and committees available to you, including your class planning committee. No matter where your interests lie, your BC Alumni Association has opportunities for you. As you explore this Web site, you will find many reasons to stay connected. Together we can help make Boston College the premier Catholic University in the world.
