There's never been anything I wanted to do that I couldn't do at BC. I am an admissions AHANA Coordinator, Secretary for the BC Chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers, a member of the African Students Organization, a singer in the gospel choir Voices of Imani, a College Bound mentor for a high school student, and in the Step Club. BC is exactly what I wanted and what I expected — a well-rounded school with good academics, athletics, and social activities. And the fact that we're close to other schools and can meet students from other campuses is a plus. In the future, I plan to give back to my community by joining Teach for America. I'd like to teach ninth grade algebra at an inner-city school in Chicago.
