The Boston College Club Golf Team will host events throughout the year to promote the game of golf. The club will sponsor events at local driving ranges and on campus (whenever possible) that stress learning the fundamenttals of the game. The club hopes to make these events as inexpensive to the Boston College community as possible, in an effort to get as many people interested as possible. The Boston College Club Golf Team will also coordinate and host recreational tournaments each semester, and bracket-style match-play tournaments each semester. Members of the Boston College Club Golf Team will have the opportunity to sign up for these events before the larger BC community, and will receive a price reduction when possible. New for 2008-2009: winter clinics with local PGA Professionals.
