The Boston College Club Golf Team is currently seeking donations/sponsors to help fund the upcoming 2008-2009 season and beyond. In addition to organizing, promoting, and hosting two recreational golf tournament each semester for the Boston College community, the team hosted the NCCGA's New England Regional Tournament in April of 2008, and qualified for the National Championships last Spring at The Traditions Golf Club at Royal New Kent in Providence Forge, VA. This year, we hosted the NCCGA New England Regional Tournament at Norton Country Club, and are aspiring to repeat our birth to the NCCGA National Championship. Donations and sponsorhips help our club to opperate and compete at a high level. Donations will work to fund travel expenses incurred while working toward our second NCCGA National Championship birth, and funding our recreational golf tournaments, practices, and clinics. Our Recreational Golf tournaments (which are open to the entire student body), as well as our practices and clinics, promote the game of golf through the student body, faculty, and staff at Boston College, and throughout the local community.
