Building Up the Body of Christ: what does it take to create a great Catholic community? This was the theme for the 2007 - 2008 continuing education series from Boston College's Institute of Religious Education and Pastoral Ministry. Since the inception of C21, the Institute (IREPM) has been a prime cosponsor. Many of this year's "Building Up" events were cosponsored by C21. The series provided for those in parish ministry and those interested in strengthening the present and future of parish life an overview of what are some of the issues, concerns, challenges and best practices emerging today in the service of better parish life. We present here some of the wisdom and tools offered throughout the year.
