State and Local Leadership Program II

This program is a repeat of the very successful local administrators program that was run in the spring of 1998. While that group was mainly men and visited Birmingham Alabama, this group is made up of senior women executives from local government. They will deal with the issues of planning, waste management, human resource management, technology and information management, strategic management, financing local government, public private partnership, and look at all the issues in a federal context.
