1) Standard Assessment 

• One person completes the Standards of Excellence Index on-line survey for your organization (takes about 20-30 minutes)
•  We analyze your information and create a report that shows strengths and weaknesses for each of the Standards of Excellence elements and compares your organization’s scores to the combined scores of our national data base

2) Custom Analysis

• People representing various parts of your organization complete the Standards of Excellence Index on-line survey (up to 250 people)
• We analyze your organization’s information in a number of different ways as agreed to in advance
  • comparing your scores to our national database scores
  • comparing various business units or functional areas
  • comparing manager scores, employee scores and HR scores
  • assessing obstacles and ways they can be overcome
• We prepare a customized report that shows
  • strengths and weaknesses by element
  • all of the agreed to comparisons
  • an organized and prioritized list of all of the obstacles and ways they can be overcome
  • recommendations for specific actions to take to move forward
• We also prepare and deliver a PowerPoint presentation highlighting the results of the assessment to members of your management team
