  • Overcoming the Implementation Gap: How 20 Leading Companies are Making Flexibility Work - an in-depth qualitative study of the challenges and successes organizations have had implementing flexible work arrangements (FWAs). The study is designed to get beyond simple lists of programs and policies to provide details as to how to actually implement and sustain FWAs. (Executive Summary)
  • Standards of Excellence Index - an index available to organizations that would like to assess their company's success and progress in creating a supportive work environment where work/life policies and core business strategies are aligned. In 2008, we updated the Standards of Excellence survey to include questions on career-life effectiveness and skills of work-life practitioners, and new benchmarks were established.
