The National Workforce Roundtable is a premier learning community in the work-life field.  Member companies are leading organizations from a diverse set of industries, committed to creating effective workplaces that support and develop healthy, engaged, and productive employees.  The mission of the Roundtable is to provide leadership in helping these organizations create environments where employees can be successful in both their professional and personal lives.

The Roundtable distinguishes itself through its thought leadership in the area of work-life, its linkages to the academic community, and the trusted relationships that develop through multiple interactions among our invited members.  By building a bridge between academic research and corporate practice, the Roundtable provides members with access to innovative research and corporate best practices that helps them develop competitive, data-driven people strategies.
