New England Work & Family Association
Since 1992, the New England Work & Family Association (NEWFA) has fostered collaboration among its member to create and sustain employer workplace efforts that effectively meet individual and organizational needs. We provide a forum and resource base for member companies to strategically manage their workforce in ways that enhance productivity, decrease stress, and provide the opportunity for meaningful professional and personal lives for employees. NEWFA builds connections between members through bi-annual meetings, expert-led webinars, and a members-only listserv, and gives them access to timely research and resources through the members-only website.
