  • Professor Michalle Mor Barak, author of Managing Diversity: Toward a Globally Inclusive Workplace and Lenore Stein-Wood and William S. Wood Professor in Social Work and Business in a Global Society, will give the keynote address on a Clash of values: nations, organizations, and creating a climate of inclusion.
  • Professor Nuria Chinchilla, Professor of Managing People in Organizations and Director of the International Center for Work and Family at IESE Business School, will present on women and power.
  • Dennis Finn, Vice Chairman, Global Human Capital Leader, at PricewaterhouseCoopers, will present findings from PwC's NextGen: a global generational study.
  • Professor Laura Den Dulk, Associate Professor at Erasmus University Rotterdam, will present on Workload in the European context.
