Boston College Center for Work & Family
At the Boston College Center for Work & Family, we collaborate with leading scholars to maximize the impact of the important research being done on work and life. We partner with these thought leaders and invite them to speak at our Boston College Workforce Roundtable Meetings and webinars. We also participate in joint research projects with professors from peer universities.
The Boston College Center for Work & Family plays an important role in synthesizing the research of leading academics in our field. The most prominent example of this work is the Rosabeth Moss Kanter award for Excellence in Work-Family Research, that recognizes the "best of the best" academic journal articles published each year and honors the scholars whose research contributes to the advancement of leading corporate practice.
Boston College Center for Work and Family staff share research findings and connect with other thought leaders and scholars at national and international events including The Academy of Management, The International Conference on Work and Family, WorldatWork Total Rewards, Center for American Progress, The Conference Board, and other venues.
