Come Away and Rest: An Advent Weekend Retreat
This weekend retreat is an opportunity to get away, quiet down, reflect and pray as we enter into the season of Advent. Open to all Boston College faculty, staff and administrators, the retreat will take place at Campion Renewal Center, a Jesuit retreat house in nearly Weston, MA, from Friday evening, December 4 to Sunday noon, December 6, 2009. Michael Boughton, S.J. will lead the retreat.

Lenten Retreat in Everyday Life
During the season of Lent, the Center for Ignatian Spirituality will once again offer the Retreat in Everyday Life, an eight-week prayer experience that is an opportunity to pause, reflect, listen and respond to the voice of God as God speaks to your heart. Based on the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius Loyola, this Retreat is Christian in focus and is open to all people of religious traditions. All Boston College faculty, staff and administrators are welcome to participate.
During the Retreat, each participant commits to spend some time each day in prayer (perhaps before work, during lunch or at night) and to a weekly meeting on campus with a spiritual guide (at a mutually convenient time)

Tuesday, February 2, noon-1 PM, Conference Room at St. Mary’s Hall
(Lunch will be served.) - Retreat begins (daily prayer, weekly meeting): Week of February 8
- Last week of retreat: Week of March 29 (Holy Week)
- Closing celebration and dinner: April 12, 5-7:30 pm; Place-TBD
