Ways of Choosing: Discernment and Decision Making
“The saints describe conversion as a falling love. A powerful new love ignites and works its way through the whole person. It pulls lesser love into line, like a magnet aligning iron filings. Being in love gives life a deep sense of purpose …”
(Dean Brackley, S.J., A Call to Discernment)
From noon to 1 PM on four Wednesdays (October 28, November 4, 11 and 18) George Drury, S.J., and Michael Boughton, S.J., will explore the meaning of Ignatian discernment, making use of Fr. Brackley’s book. Good discernment and good decision making are the best sources when seeking for new life and a lasting love!
This four session workshop is open to Boston College faculty, staff, administrators and graduate students. Spaces are limited. To register, contact Cindy Blazuk at 617-552-1777 or email blazuk@bc.edu.
