They serve as a rallying point for employees, they reflect a company’s core values, and ideally, they serve as a strong foundation for other corporate citizenship endeavors. The Allstate Foundation recently embarked on an extensive research and planning process lasting more than a year in order to launch its two signature programs: teen driving and domestic violence.
