New ADDs to the Playlist
just to point people's attention to two NCP adds that i made late last week by a local (well, providence) artist named Geoff Mullen.
the first of these is called "thirty-six trillion manifestations" and is the more melodic of the two, combining mixing board feedback and other noise will guitar and banjo to quite beautiful effect. i have a bit more detailed review on my show's website: www.rarefrequency.com for those who are interested.
the second of the two releases is a two-cd set called "armory radio" and is the more recent of the two. it is also the noisier with more feedback and less overt melody. disc two is especially good.
