Boston College Vietnamese Student Association (VSA) was officially started during the 1990-1991 school year by students who felt the need for a Vietnamese group on campus. They wanted to build a supportive community that will help Vietnamese students, particularly immigrants, adjust and adapt to their new environment. Boston College VSA worked with other schools in the Boston area, hosting activities and inviting them to campus for social events.
