			According to the CR Constitution, you need to pay dues and attend three events (meetings count) to vote for elections in the spring

	Elections
	<ol type="A">

			Keep in mind that this is only a defeat if we want it to be 
			<ol type="i">
				<li>
					Only 2 years until the 2008 presidential elections
				</li><li>
					It's been 12 years since the last time the Democrats controlled Congress, so this is a good wake up call to people to show what happens when Democrats actually take control
				</li><li>
					Goal for Mike in club as officer = to inform the community of these conservative values and later focus on new issues next semester and next year

					<li>fiscal conservatism</li>
					<li>smaller government</li>
					<li>reevaluating our position on the war</li>
					<li>getting started early, get involved in elections for 2008
						<ol type="a">
							<li>To take a stand on a candidate, vote on individual as a club</li>
							<li>Mitt Romney in state = great resource, keep ties to his office</li>
						</ol>
					</li>

	Unity
		<ol type="A">
			<li>Our thoughts as a club on the Unity Rally, Truth Movement:
			<ol type="i">
				<li>Overdone- problem is not as big as they make it</li>
				<li>Vice, not unifying</li>
				<li>Problem as CRs = not being vocal enough, we need to stand up for what we believe in and defend ourselves</li>
				<li>We can't really take a stance on this, because it is not a movement</li>
			</ol>

		</ol>

Support Our Troops Gala
	<ol type="A">
		<li>Benefit dinner to give $1000 to the USO charity</li>
		<li>Colonel Hunt as guest speaker</li>
		<li>Tickets go on sale 11/13 in Robsham for $25 (to cover costs of food and charity donation)</li>
		<li>160 tickets being sold- small, non-partisan event</li>
		<li>Event = in Yawkey function room, starts at 6pm on Thursday, 11/30</li>
		<li>Not taking a stance on war, but supporting the troops</li>
		<li>Attendees of the gala will receive a small gift (support our troops bracelet or pin?)</li>
	</ol>

T-shirts

		<li>It took 3 weeks to get us our purchase order</li>
		<li>They will be here in hopefully 1 week (maybe 2)</li>
