Well, I'm living in Brooklyn, NY now. I teach 5th grade at a public school in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Obviously, it's scary that I'm helping to form young minds at such an impressionable age. Yes, I have been forced to play tracks from Dynamics CDs to my students to prove that I do, indeed, sing. I just ran my 4th marathon this fall in the NYC Marathon.

I miss the Dynamics terribly, especially the flip cup! In all seriousness, there will never be a time in my life when I have so many close friends in one place as I did with the Dynamics during college. And yes, I am a slacker for not going to any shows recently, but that was a New Year's resolution I'm working on. The alums do, in fact, keep in touch pretty well.... future hope for current members. Actually we have a secret, underground alum group that tours the world, led by Jerry Cadden! Also, please do add that I am SO PROUD of the current group and all their hard work, it's really nice to see something I helped to start going strong so many years later!!!

Barbara Apostol

Julie Barton
Julie moved to London, England, after graduating in 2002. She's been working in Arts Administration at the Philharmonia Orchestra for three years, starting as an Education Assistant, and is currently the Assistant to the Managing Director.  She sings in the London Philharmonic Choir, which mainly performs in London, but has also toured around Europe, most notably to Paris and to the Vatican to sing for the Pope.  After receiving her MA degree in 2005, she's also taken on an internship at Puffin Editorial, and hopes to move into publishing full-time soon.  She misses the Dynamics and hates being so far away, but tries to get to as many shows and reunions as possible.

Tim Davis
Since graduating from Boston College in 2002 with little hope of success, Tim Davis has been defying the odds at every turn.  Transforming his image from a burnt-out 22 year old male receptionist to an author of non-fiction books dripping with sarcasm to, finally, an accomplished composer in the field of music, Tim now spends most of his spare time mocking those who ever made the mistake of doubting him.  Courageously accepting the challenge of living in his parents' basement for two years, Tim battled his way to his masters degree from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst in May of 2006.  He announced then that, after 26 years of overcoming great obstacles, he had nothing left to accomplish - in New England, at least - and thus he accepted the invitation to attend the University of Iowa to earn his doctorate in music composition.  He is a member of the Society of Composers Incorporated, and his music has been played professionally in New England and the Midwest.  Tim also has been known to occasionally disguise himself as a tennis instructor, as well as a male model, although he is not particularly convincing as either one.

Chris Kim
Chris Kim joined the Dynamics in 1998.  Utilizing all his honed skills (singing, acting, math, and auto theft), he became a dedicated member to the group.  The singing was fierce, but so was his attitude.  With veins pulsating from his neck, he always sang behind the tallest girl in the group.  Deciding not to go abroad to South Korea to fight the north, he stayed in the group all four years...and even three years after that. Plagued with a disease called "sexy", he did not want to ever leave
Dynamics.  But he did.  And now he rots in grad school, crying himself to sleep, and waking up from his tears only to realize that he might never walk again.   Chris likes colored paper, kiwi, dogs with three legs, and Joni Mitchell.

John Thomas (JT)
Currently living in gorgeous Cleveland, OH, mild mannered John Thomas is graduated from Cleveland-Marshall Law School with a concentration in business law. JT, remembered mostly for his now patented rapping abilities, hung up his rhyme in 2002. Nevertheless, he thoroughly enjoys returning to cafes and Final Shows, which provide ample opportunities for him to explore new "stand up" material. JT is a Sagittarius, enjoys long walks on the beach, and employs many bad pick up lines. JT is currently practicing in Ohio, specializing in securities law.

Jay Lee

Tina Plerhoples
After graduating from BC, Tina joined the Peace Corps and worked as an HIV/AIDS educator in Swaziland in Sub Saharan Africa.  Upon returning to the US, Tina completed a master's program at the University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Public and International Affairs in International Development.  Tina is currently living in Washington, DC and will be going to Brazil in March to volunteer on an orphanage outside of Rio de Janeiro.  She is hoping to begin a PhD program in the fall in international agricultural economics and will be working on an organic farming project on the orphanage in Brazil.

Sarah England
Sarah is currently living in Austin, Texas and working in Customer Service and Marketing for an upscale spa. She can't seem to live in one place for more than a year, so she's already bored with Austin and will probably go abroad again in a few months. Her top three choices are the UK, Alaska and Nova Scotia. She enjoys Diet Coke, living out of suitcases, ziti, and anything ending in the letter S.

Scott Gagnon
After graduating BC Scott started a job with Liberty Mutual Insurance in the IS department (Translation: Computers). He is currently living on a lake in Amherst, New Hampshire where he enjoys swimming, kayaking and general woodsy type activities. He looks forward to becoming a permanent fixture in the front row of dynamics shows for years to come.

Aristea Kakounis

Kate Kennedy

Matt Thornton
Living in Syracuse where I attend Upstate Medical University. I have class 8 hours a day, which is about the approximate number of hours of class I had per week when I was a senior. Awesome. At least we still make sure to go out on Wednesday nights.

Kathleen DeLuca
Kathleen graduated from BC in 2005 with a major in Psychology and minor in Education. She recently completed a Masters degree in School Counseling from Seton Hall University (08). After living it up in Boston for a couple of years, Kathleen has recently moved back to her roots in NJ and is thrilled to begin her career as a High School Counselor at Somerville HS. In her down time Kathleen enjoys cooking, painting, and of course keeping her vocals trained with occasional karaoke sessions. Kathleen loves coming back to watch the Dynamics perform and is so proud of how the group continues to grow.

Matt Fasano

Kati Macgregor
After graduating in May of '05, Kati moved all the way from BC to Brookline Village in her attempt to avoid the real world. Since then, she has strayed from her BC roots and moved to the other side of Boston, where she is enjoying living in her spacious apartment with her two roommates (one being Kathleen, another Dynamics alum). When Kati is not performing sales and marketing miracles at the consulting firm for which she works, you might find her frolicking through the city, shopping, watching Law & Order: SVU marathons, and spending time with her friends. Although she is no longer a member of the Dynamics, you can catch her special vocal performances at most venues where she is in close vicinity to alcohol. This winter, she and Kathleen are training to join the local karaoke circuit.

Mike Sangalang
Mike Sang lives a whopping mile and a half away from the Boston College campus where he now gets excited over such mundane things as kitchen appliances, having enough groceries to last through the week, and meticulously maintaining his iTunes library. But by night, this mild-mannered superhero turns into a news producer at WBZ-TV in Boston. Sang hopes to one day eliminate the world of uninformed bloggers and build a media empire that will flat-out ignore news about Paris Hilton and Britney Spears.

Erin Tobin
After completing her undergraduate degree in 2005, Erin hadn't had enough of Boston College.  So, she stayed there for one more year, receiving her Master's degree in Developmental and Educational Psychology in May 2006.  Erin relocated to the west coast in September 2007 where she currently lives in Burbank CA, a stone's throw from the Disney, Warner Bros. and Universal studios.  Therefore, it would only make sense that she continues to pursue her career in private educational loans.  When she's not helping students fund their college education, Erin works on the following goals: bringing the Dunkin' Donuts franchise to LA, meeting the Girls Next Door, and having little Chris and Erin Kims running around one day.
