Application Preparation
There are several major components to the law school application process. One should first contact the law school to obtain a hard copy of the application; each school may have different dates and requirements, so special attention should be given to the application.
Generally, four major items must be completed with each application:
- The LSAT must be taken within enough time to be included in the application.
- An official transcript must be sent to each law school via the Boston College Transcript Office.
- Two Faculty Letters of Recommendation must be completed and sent to each law school.
- A Personal Statement must be prepared and sent with your application.
- A resume may be included with your application.
- ALL students applying should attend a Law School Admission Workshop.
- Use the BC Law Locator to target your apps.
- Review Financial Aid for Law School.
