HR Development Program Announces Fall Schedule

The Department of Human Resources has announced the fall schedule for its Employee Development Program, which offers Boston College staff the opportunity to build management, professional and personal skills.

The series begins Wednesday, Nov. 1, with "Coaching Skills for Managers," from 9 a.m.-noon in the McElroy Conference Room. Presenting the program will be Nancy Sartanowicz, principal for Workplace Strategies of Medford.

On Thursday, Nov. 2., E. Wallace Coyle of E. Wallace Coyle Associates in Norwell will lead a "Business Writing" workshop. It will take place from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. in McGuinn Third Floor Lounge.

Other seminars and workshops this fall will include: "Understanding Privilege," Nov. 15; "Leading Productive Meetings," Nov. 21; "Creating and Working in a Diverse Workforce," Nov. 28; and "What Every Manager Needs to Know About Sexual Harassment," Nov. 29.
