Dedication Tomorrow for Worship Space at 66 Commonwealth Avenue

Director of Campus Ministry James Erps, SJ, will lead a dedication ceremony for the multi-faith worship space at 66 Commonwealth Avenue tomorrow, Nov. 3, at 2 p.m.

Faculty and students from the Muslim, Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, and Hindu traditions also will participate in the ceremony. The University community is welcome at the event, which will be followed by a reception.

The worship space was created last summer as part of an initiative by the Office of University Mission and Ministry. It will accommodate approximately 30 worshippers and will be outfitted with moveable furniture and storage areas for songbooks and other materials.
