Golf Outing to Benefit Campus School
Entries are now being accepted for the second annual Campus School Golf Classic to be held on Wednesday, May 5 at the Wayland Country Club. Proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Campus School, which serves students ages 3-21 with multiple disabilities.
The event is a project of the Campus School Volunteers, a student organization whose members sponsor various fund-raising events in addition to working directly with Campus School.
The tournament will start at 8 a.m. Prizes will be awarded to the top two foursomes, as well as for the longest drive, closest shot to the pin and for a hole-in-one. A barbecue luncheon will follow the golf competition. A prize raffle and silent auction also are included.
The entry fee is $125 per player. Registration for the tournament may be entered on-line at http://www.bc.edu/csgolf or by calling ext.2-4249. Those interested in signing up are encouraged to do so by Friday, April 16.
