Cincotta, 23, was enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences with a major in political science. He had attended St. John's Prep in North Andover and Fairfield University in Connecticut prior to Boston College.
He is survived by his parents, Gary and Carol Cincotta of Norfolk, a brother, Jeffrey, and a sister, Kristen.
