Fr. McInnes announced that the society is mailing invitations for membership in the society to the top 15 percent of Boston College undergraduates. Acceptance to the society, he said, is based on scholarship, loyalty and service.
"Our objective in the coming year is to renew the spirit and energy of ASN so that it will become more visible on campus," Fr. McInnes said.
Students who believe they may be eligible to join ASN, but who do not receive invitations by March 11, should contact Fr. McInnes at Hopkins House, ext. 2-8192.
A formal induction ceremony for new members will be held in April.
