These sessions, open to anyone in the Boston College community, are designed to provide background information and updates regarding the project. Seating is limited, and reservations are necessary to attend the briefings, which will take place in Devlin 101.
The schedule will begin on Thursday, May 1, at 3:30 p.m., with an overview by Buildings and Grounds Director Thomas Devine of the Project Delta proposal to redesign the University's facilities management system.
On Monday, May 12 at 1 p.m. Delta Executive Team members Executive Vice President Frank B. Campanella and Financial Vice President and Treasurer Peter C. McKenzie will present "The Financial Case for Project Delta," an assessment of the University's financial future and its relation to Delta.
On Wednesday, May 14 at 3:30 p.m., team members Associate Vice President for Information Technology Bernard Gleason and Information Technology Resources Director Martin Smith will offer a preview of the technology future of the University from a Project Delta perspective.
