Cabinet Secretaries To Speak At Conference
On Global Economy

Three high-ranking members of the Clinton Administration and a major television anchorwoman have joined the list of guest speakers scheduled to appear at "The Boston College Conference on Prospects for a Global Economy" on Monday, June 3 in Robsham Theater.

US Secretary of Labor Robert Reich and US Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin will deliver keynote addresses at the conference, which will begin at 9 a.m.

In addition, White House Council of Economic Advisers Chairman Joseph Stiglitz and Cable Network News Anchor Judy Woodruff last week accepted invitations to participate in the conference.

The day-long conference - organized in conjunction with Rep. Edward J. Markey (D-Mass.) '68, JD '72, and sponsored by the Carroll School of Management - will feature many of the nation's leading executives, scholars, writers and other financial and economic experts discussing major contemporary issues in world finance and business.
