Jefferson Is Named Affirmative Action Head

Director of Employee Relations Richard Jefferson has been appointed acting director of the Office of Affirmative Action, Vice President for Human Resources Leo Sullivan announced.

Jefferson succeeds Barbara Marshall, who resigned last month after 15 years in the position. He preceded Marshall as Office of Affirmative Action director, stepping down in 1988 to become employment manager in the Human Resources Department.
