Marc Mealy, a congressional adviser on African trade and development, will be joined on the panel by two representatives from Catholic Relief Services: Ismael Muvingi, coordinator for the CRS Africa Rising Campaign, and Geri Sicola, special assistant to the executive director.
The 2002-03 series began with an Oct. 15 talk by Oxfam America President Raymond Offenheiser. There will be six events in all this academic year, including an appearance next semester by Catholic Relief Services Executive Director Kenneth Hackett.
