Boston College leads the all-time series with Ohio State, 3-1. The schools' last meeting was a 4-3 Boston College overtime victory on Oct. 9, 1998, in the Ice Breaker Tournament. The Eagles and the Buckeyes met in the 1998 national semifinals, with BC winning 5-2.
BC is making its 23rd appearance in the NCAA Tournament. The Eagles have won two national titles, the most recent coming two years ago.
