Busy staff retreat registration

The annual Lenten Retreat for Busy Staff will be held for seven Mondays starting Feb. 11. The prayer time from 4 to 6 p.m. in St. Mary's Hall includes readings from scripture, prayer, reflection and discussion. A separate retreat in Portuguese will be held on Wednesdays at 2 p.m.

The retreats will be led by Rev. Walter J. Conlan, SJ, a Human Resources consultant, and graduate intern Dorothy Bunal. To register, e-mail employee.development@bc.edu or call ext.2-8532.

Friday museum tours offered

During the current exhibition at the McMullen Museum of Art, "André Masson Inside/Outside Surrealism: Works from the Gotlieb Collection," gallery tours will be offered by museum docents on Fridays at 12:30 p.m. Group tours may be arranged by appointment through the McMullen Museum office at ext.2-8587.

The North American premiere of the works of legendary French Surrealist artist André Masson (1896-1987) will be on display until April 28, and is accompanied by public programs including films, readings, a concert and an evening of Surrealist games. Travel mileage rate increased

With the recent release by the Internal Revenue Service of the 2002 standard mileage rates, effective immediately the reimbursement for use of a private automobile on University business will be increased from 34.5 cents per mile to 36.5 cents per mile.
