Storm Affects Overnight Parking, Film Screening Canceled

2-25-99--Today's snow storm will affect overnight parking on campus, and has prompted the Fine Arts Department to cancel the screening of a film planned for tonight.

Boston College Police are asking that cars parked outdoors on the Chestnut Hill campus be moved inside the Commonwealth Avenue and Beacon Street garages to clear surface lots for plowing. The request is directed particularly toward those who plan to leave autos on campus overnight, said BCPD Capt. Walter Durrane, who warned that cars impeding snowplows will be towed.

Separately, the screening of Alain Corneau's "All the Mornings of the World," scheduled for 7 p.m., has been canceled.
