Strategic Directions and Strategies
Strategic directions are statements of priority for the organization. They
describe where the Alumni Association hopes to move in the next three to
five years in order to carry out its mission and best serve the needs of its
members and the University.
This plan contains three strategic directions, each supported by a number of
broad strategies which describe some of the ways in which the Alumni
Association plans to move in these directions.
