Upcoming Events:

FEBRUARY 4TH/5TH:

Thank you for your generosity in our "Be Their Valentine" at-the-door collection to underwrite lunches at St. Francis House Day Shelter in Boston.

FEBRUARY 18TH/19TH:

Operation Rice Bowl materials go out as we prepare for Lent 2012, beginning on Ash Wednesday, February 22nd.

FEBRUARY 28TH:

Shattuck Fourth Tuesday. We'll be serving dinner and our desserts and ice cream to hopeFound's Shattuck Shelter Guests. We welcome your dessert! Please bring it to the Parish Office by 4PM on the 28th. Thank you!

MARCH 1ST, THROUGH THE ENTIRE MONTH:

New Socks and Flip-Flops Drive for Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program.

MARCH 24TH:

Our (hopeFound) Shattuck Shelter very-early Springtime Meal. Sign-up materials will be available at the beginning of March.

MAY 6TH:

Project Bread's Walk for Hunger. Online registration begins in February!

On-going Efforts:

hopeFound's Shattuck Shelter Meals: The parish serves meals at hopeFound's Shattuck Shelter on the fourth Tuesday of each Month. See the bulletin for more details.
Donations Drive: The Family Van needs donations of ready-made formula, larger size diapers, and baby cereal. HopeFound's Shattuck Shelter needs toiletries (full or travel size), new socks and underwear and cans of coffee/boxes of tea. Mother Caroline Academy would appreciate donations of snack items for its students: cereal bars, granola bars, peanut butter, jelly, packets of cheese and crackers, pretzels, juice boxes, small (snack-sized) boxes of cereal. All of the above donations may be left in the hamper in the upper church front entrance.

Grocery Cards: To assist individuals and families in need, please consider donating a $10 grocery gift-card from either Shaw's/Star Market or Stop and Shop. Donations can be dropped off at the Parish Office or put in the collection basket at Mass.
